Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Semibold Labs LLC (New Mexico, USA) covering the Staya iOS app.
1. What Staya is. Staya is a self-guided training program for stamina and control. It is an educational product. It is not medical treatment, and nothing in the app is medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, is not a medical device, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. If you feel pain, or if symptoms persist, stop and talk to a doctor.
2. Who can use it. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Your account. The app creates an anonymous account to store your progress. You are responsible for the device it lives on.
4. Subscriptions. Staya offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in your App Store settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends, to avoid the next charge. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel first.
5. Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds follow App Store rules: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the program content, and do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
7. Results vary. Training outcomes depend on you and your circumstances. We make no promises about results.
8. Disclaimer. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination. You can stop using Staya at any time. We may suspend or end access for abuse of these terms.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
12. Changes. If these terms change, we update this page and the effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
13. General. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the app. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a business transfer. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
